Lauren’s interest in anatomy and physiology began as a small child and continued to grow with age. Her love towards bodywork was heavily influenced by her grandmother, a massage therapist who assisted many in times that care was essential. Along side Lauren’s passion for bodywork, she is community driven and strives towards facilitating accessible care.

Lauren studied at Oconee School of Therapeutic Massage in Watkinsville GA. graduating their full time and immersive program in February 2023. She is currently working towards furthering her education in Myofascial Release, Oncology Massage and post operative care.
