“Massage therapy has always felt like a natural part of my life. My love for bodywork was deeply influenced by my grandmother, a massage therapist who supported many people during times when care was essential. Witnessing the power of compassionate, skilled touch planted the seed for my own path.

I have always been fascinated by the human body and continue to be inspired by how it responds when given the right support. That curiosity, combined with my desire to help others feel better, led me to pursue therapeutic massage.

My work is also shaped by personal experience. Massage therapy has been an important part of my own care — supporting me through challenging physical recoveries and the overwhelming stress that life can bring.

As a cancer survivor, I understand what it feels like to live with fear, fatigue, and physical discomfort. I know how difficult it can be when your body doesn’t feel like your own. That experience gave me a deeper appreciation for the body’s resilience and for the importance of supportive, therapeutic care during times of healing.

For me, healing isn’t only about medical treatment — it’s about reconnecting with your body in a way that feels safe, supported and empowering.

My goal is simple: to help you move more comfortably, reduce pain and stress, and feel more at home in your body. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, combining a clinical understanding of the body with attentive, thoughtful care.

It is an honor to continue the legacy of care that first inspired me and to support others on their path toward greater comfort and well-being.”
