Therapeutic Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage is more than a relaxing experience — it is a targeted approach to relieving pain, restoring movement, and supporting long-term wellness. Each session is customized to your specific needs, whether you’re managing chronic pain, experiencing physical tension, or navigating daily stress.

- What Makes Therapeutic Massage Different? -

While standard spa-style massage focuses primarily on relaxation, therapeutic massage is a goal-oriented practice with the individual in mind.

Therapeutic Massage:

• Targets specific pain patterns or dysfunction
• Uses intentional techniques based on anatomy and physiology
• Focuses on measurable improvement (mobility, pain reduction, function)
• Includes home care recommendations to support lasting results

You’ll still experience calm and comfort — but with purposeful work designed to help your body function better long after your session ends.

- The Science Behind the Benefits -

Research continues to support massage therapy as an effective complementary approach to wellness.

Pain Reduction
Clinical studies have shown massage therapy can significantly reduce chronic pain by improving circulation and decreasing tension.

Stress & Anxiety Relief
Massage activates the parasympathetic nervous system — your body’s “rest and digest” mode. Studies demonstrate decreases in cortisol levels and increases in serotonin and dopamine following massage therapy.

Improved Circulation & Recovery
By enhancing blood flow and reducing inflammation, massage helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues, supporting faster recovery and improved mobility.

Better Sleep Quality
Massage therapy has been associated with improved sleep patterns due to decreased stress hormones and reduced physical discomfort.

Therapeutic massage is both restorative and strategic — helping your body heal while promoting relaxation and improved physical function.

- Care That Continues Beyond the Session -

Lasting wellness requires consistency and support. That’s why each session includes personalized home care guidance such as:

• Gentle stretches and mobility exercises
• Postural awareness tips
• Hydration and recovery suggestions
• Stress-reduction techniques

These tools help extend the benefits of your massage and empower you to actively support your own healing.

- Professional Massage — In the Comfort of Your Home -

Healing happens best when you feel safe and comfortable. Mobile massage services bring therapeutic care directly to your home — eliminating the stress of travel and allowing you to fully relax before and after your session.

No traffic. No rushing. No waiting rooms.

Mobile massage is ideal for:

• Busy professionals
• Parents and caregivers
• Clients with limited mobility
• Anyone who values privacy and convenience

After your session, you can continue resting, hydrating, and enjoying the calm without interruption.

This is client-centered care designed around your goals, your comfort, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re seeking pain relief, improved mobility, stress reduction, or consistent wellness support, therapeutic massage can help you feel more balanced — right at home.

Home Care Services

Appointments are booked by time rather than choosing a specific modality. Each part of your body has different needs, therefore your massage should not be limited to a single technique.

Therapeutic Table Massage

60 Minutes - $130

90 Minutes - $160

Therapeutic Table Massage is provided on a professional massage table in the comfort of your home. Your therapist will bring all necessary equipment and handle both setup and dismantling before and after your session.

A clean, cleared space of approximately 8 × 10 feet is required to safely accommodate the table and allow room for treatment.

Adaptive Therapeutic Massage

30 Minutes - $65

60 Minutes - $105

90 Minutes - $135

Adaptive Therapeutic Massage is appropriate for individuals who are:
• recovering from surgery or illness
• limited in mobility
• receiving in-home supportive or palliative care

This service does not require transfer to a massage table. Sessions are performed in the position that is safest and most comfortable for the client — whether in a bed, chair, or other supportive setting.

This approach prioritizes safety, dignity, and individualized care. The goal is not simply relaxation, but meaningful therapeutic support delivered within each client’s functional abilities.
